Explain why your solution is the best answer to their problem.
Other important factors to consider about your customer:
How painful is their problem? Is it a minor irritation or a major crisis?
What’s the emotional trigger that makes them decide to give your business a try over other businesses?
It’s because they believe you have the best solution for them.
As a business owner, the best thing you can do is to understand the mindset of your customers.
Get into the head of your customers – find out what truly makes them tick.
